1. Notification Period

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within
24 hours of receiving your item.

Our policy allows returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery with a valid receipt.
After 24 hours from delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

We encourage customers to visit our store to test fragrances before purchase.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The product must be unopened and in its original, unmarked packaging.
All accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Items must show no signs of use.

If returned unopened in the original box, we will process a refund to your original
method of payment, excluding shipping charges.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged or broken item — you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
An incorrect product — you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

4. Scent Preference Disclaimer

Refunds will NOT be granted if a client dislikes the scent after purchase.

We strongly recommend visiting our outlet or requesting available samples before purchase.

5. International Shipping & Customs Policy (Important)

Items shipped out of the destination country cannot be returned.
Items that have gone through customs of another country in transit cannot be returned or refunded.
We can only provide estimated delivery dates. Customs clearance and transit delays
may affect delivery times and are beyond our control.

6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone
regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method
within 14 calendar days.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Products showing obvious signs of use.
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned after 24 hours of delivery.
