Our Returns & Refund Policy allows you 24 hours to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund if you contact us within this 24-hour period.
After 24 hours, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We encourage customers to visit our store beforehand to sample and ensure the product matches their preferences.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- All physical products must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging, including all accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation.
- If the product is returned unopened and in its original box, we will exchange it or provide a refund based on your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges (except original shipping costs invoiced).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged or broken, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
- If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Fragrance Sampling Policy
If you wish to sample a fragrance, you will need to visit our store or request a sample of the specific product (if available).
Refunds will not be granted if the product is returned simply because you dislike the scent. We recommend visiting our outlet to test the fragrance before purchase.
