Unopened and unused fragrances may be eligible for return when requested within 48 hours of delivery. Products must remain sealed, unused and in their original packaging with all original components included.
Fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, tested or used cannot normally be returned simply because of a change of mind or personal scent preference.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

How to Wear It
The Ritual
Start on damp skin
Use it after a shower, while your skin is still slightly damp. That is when it absorbs best.
Warm it, then massage it in
Take a small amount and warm it between your palms until it melts, then work it gently into the skin, paying attention to elbows, knees and anywhere that runs dry.
Then layer your perfume
Spray your fragrance over moisturised skin. It will hold longer and sit closer to you.

Why I made This
Shea butter is part of how we grew up here. It was in our homes long before it was in anyone's luxury skincare, and I wanted to give it the respect it deserves. So I took what our mothers used and finished it the way I finish a fragrance. Skin that is cared for holds scent better. That is not marketing, it is simply true.

What is inside it?
Shea butter blended with coconut oil, jojoba oil, green tea extract and vitamin E.
Can I wear it on its own?
Yes. It is scented, so it can be worn alone. Layering a perfume over it is simply the fuller experience.
Will it clash with my perfume?
No. It is made to sit underneath a Maison Yusif fragrance and support it, rather than compete with it.
Does moisturised skin really hold fragrance longer?
Yes. Dry skin lets fragrance evaporate faster. A moisturised base gives the scent something to hold on to.
When is the best time to use it?
Straight after a shower, on skin that is still slightly damp. That is when it absorbs best.
Is it heavy or greasy?
It is rich and buttery in the jar, but it melts down with the warmth of your hands and sinks in once massaged.
Can I use it on my face?
It is made for the body. If you have sensitive skin, test a small area first.
